Hangman ⓇⓈⓈ automatically downloads for you the latest top news from Internet. When you play at the easy level you have to figure out one word from a random news article title. At the medium, hard, and expert levels respectively two, three, and four words

To the classic Hangman, we added:

=> A smart point system, wherein your score is based on 1) the value of each number multiplied (at the time of its match) by a multiplier that decreases in time and 2) the value of letter multiplied (at the time of its completion) by the decreasing multiplier

=> Thanks to Game Center & OpenFeint, you can now rank and compare Hangman ⓇⓈⓈ scores and achievements against friends and strangers

=> Hangman ⓇⓈⓈ also counts the runs, that is, each uninterrupted sequence of games won, and adds them to the online leaderboards

Hangman ⓇⓈⓈ app good for

When I have some time to kill and dont want to get involved in any lengthy endeavor, this App is perfect. It really takes my mind off what ever I was doing previously.

This is a fun game to play no matter what and adding the informational hints is a great learning technique.

I enjoy the hangman game by itself but the twist of basing the words on recent news articles is fantastic! I find out a lot of news I dont find in my usual sources of news.

Great game challenging at times but easy when you want it to be.

I enjoy having the different levels. And its nice to get a heads up on some of the upcoming news, and have the option of digging into it more. It would be nice to have option to not have certain topics; for example - sports

Very challenging at expert level. Keeping up on current events helps a lot! Would recommend it.

Some bad moments

A good game but not a great game. I expected to be more intrigued.

This app has slipped some. It now is not filtering out ads with links that are impossible to avoid opening when using the app on an iPod Touch!! It also does not filter out Really Old news! I just saw an early 2014 on an "outbreak" of Enola in Guinea! It could also feed headlines from the BBC News, as well as FOX, Google and Yahoo!! Another issue is that, in the current version I am using, the app does not let the timer in the iPod shut off the display after a few minutes like other apps do!!
